Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard, due to the instances of non-compliance listed below.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4/2004.

General issues across the website:

  • In some cases, there is insufficient colour contrast between text and background.
  • Some decorative animations cannot be stopped.
  • The “Spaces” menu cannot be fully operated using the keyboard.
  • Some elements are not visible when high-contrast mode is enabled.
  • In panels and modal windows, the keyboard and screen reader focus order is not always correct.
  • The heading hierarchy is not correct.
  • Carousel structures controlled by selectable tabs cannot be properly operated using the keyboard and assistive technologies and, in mobile view, they scroll automatically without the possibility of being paused.

Issues on specific pages:

  • “Contacts” page:
    • One form field appears after the submit button.
    • Some fields have an accessible name that is partially in English.

Preparation of the Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement was prepared on 18 September 2026.

The statement was prepared using an assessment compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102, based on an evaluation carried out by a third party.

Technical compliance checks, in accordance with the applicable accessibility requirements, are carried out by expert personnel using automated validation tools and targeted manual checks on an exhaustive sample of pages, selected according to the service provided, template type and content type, following the page selection guidelines provided by AgID. For each page included in the sample, both static accessibility and the accessibility of dynamic behaviours were tested in both landscape (horizontal/desktop) and portrait (vertical/mobile) views.
